This individual contributor role governs complex vendor and BPO partnerships supporting Shopify merchants. You will manage contracts, RFPs, Statements of Work, change orders, OPEX planning, forecasting, and invoice oversight. You will also connect scorecards, workforce evidence, security, privacy, third-party risk, and operational change.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead RFPs, contract reviews, Statements of Work, and change orders
- Own BPO OPEX planning, forecasting, and invoice oversight
- Develop metric definitions, baselines, scorecards, and approved targets
- Coordinate vendor security, privacy, tools, incidents,



and third-party risk
- Use AI, automation, and analysis to reduce manual governance work

Requirements:

- Four or more years of hands-on vendor or BPO experience
- Complex partnership governance in demanding outsourced environments
- Commercial experience across contracts, RFPs, negotiation, and OPEX forecasting
- Practical data and AI experience with validated operational results
- Knowledge of security, privacy, zero-trust, and third-party risk
