As a Managed Services Specialist, you will support pharmaceutical and medical technology companies throughout their client journeys. You will create ACTO Omnichannel assets, forms, and content while delivering training and managing implementation plans. The work includes health checks, audits, ticket tracking, product demonstrations, milestone delivery, and client documentation. You will also prioritize data security, resolve changing issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve service value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead managed services delivery for established and emerging clients
- Create and manage ACTO Omnichannel assets, forms, and content




- Deliver workshops and develop customized client guides
- Run health checks and audits according to package scope
- Track tickets, adoption milestones, issues, and client interactions

Requirements:

- Two or more years of software implementation experience
- Experience with agile implementation approaches
- Bachelor or Diploma in Life Sciences, Applied Science, or equivalent
- Successful record creating and executing implementation plans
- Robust written, verbal, communication, ownership, and time management skills
