Support talent acquisition and employee development as a full time Human Resources Coordinator with Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. Maintain accurate staff information and responsive HR administration.
As a critical HR team member, you will support Gateway’s people through recruitment, training coordination, and administrative operations. The position suits candidates with human resources education or equivalent experience, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of labour laws. Your work will help departments coordinate new team members and address staff requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage requisitions for assigned openings and review applications
- Assist with new hire training and ongoing support
- Coordinate training and schedules with department managers
- Sort, file,
manage, and distribute HR paperwork
- Support research and special projects for the HR team
Requirements:
- Human resources diploma, degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Two to five years of related human resources experience
- Talent acquisition insight and skills
- Strong writing, interpersonal, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
