Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design management from inception through execution
- Drive risk management, area checks, and clash detection
- Manage consultants and internal teams toward milestones
- Provide technical leadership and ESDC oversight
- Communicate contract variances and budget impacts

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 10+ years of Security or Defense Experience
- Design-Build leadership experience and secure project awareness
- Proficiency with MS Office and BIM tools
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and Revit
