As a Claims Advisor on TD Insurance’s Catastrophe Claims Team, you will adjudicate Residential and Auto claims. The work includes investigating losses, reviewing estimates, negotiating settlements, and supporting customers throughout repairs. You will collaborate with internal partners and external vendors while managing claims from opening through final settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate, negotiate, and settle Residential and Auto catastrophe claims
- Open claims, arrange appraisals, assign contractors, and finalize settlements
- Review inspection reports and estimates against reported losses




- Update customers about claim status, causes, and repairs
- Reconcile customer problems and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

- Two or more years of claims adjusting experience preferred
