This midlevel manager position oversees Project Controls resources across North America, supporting projects in renewables, power delivery, oil and gas, mining, and more. You will align staffing, procedures, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting with project objectives. Regular office presence and travel are required. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure appropriate Project Controls staffing and skill sets Communicate goals, constraints, priorities, and key performance indicators Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions through variance analysis Prepare project controls reports, dashboards,



and client deliverables Support managers with reliable cost and schedule data Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of project controls experience At least two to three supervisory experience years Knowledge of diverse project delivery and management practices Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple geographies Project management diploma or degree highly desirable Apply project controls leadership, performance analysis, and resource planning skills across Stantec’s North American project portfolio.
