The Regional Trainer executes Maison training programs across a specified territory. You will coach retail and wholesale boutique teams on sales generation, client experience, heritage, product knowledge, and after sales service. The work supports consistent boutique experiences and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement regional coaching and training activities with management
- Conduct classroom training, coaching, role plays, and sales support
- Partner with store management to improve customer service
- Develop client relations and support sales targets
- Report store visits and implement action plans

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ training or learning experience
- Three to five years’ luxury sales experience preferred
- Solid selling, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency
