You will help employees resolve day-to-day technology issues and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365, while contributing to a secure and productive end-user setting. You will support local and remote users, handle onboarding and equipment setup, assist with meeting-room technology, and work in a hybrid Toronto-based role with opportunities to contribute
