As General Manager, you will direct a high-priority customer program within BWXT’s Technical Services Group. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, budgets, staffing, risks, and performance. The work supports nuclear decommissioning, waste management, fuel storage, and environmental objectives in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary technical and non-technical program activities
- Coordinate budgets, resources, milestones, and operational efficiency
- Manage customer priorities, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics
- Oversee waste characterization, transportation, disposal, and fuel storage




- Engage regulators, Indigenous communities, AECL, and public stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
- At least 20 years’ relevant nuclear or environmental experience
- Large cross-functional team leadership and strategic decision-making experience
- Solid regulatory, stakeholder, communication, and risk mitigation skills
- Canadian security clearance eligibility and Chalk River relocation willingness
