This Construction Estimator supports accurate, timely estimates for interior renovation projects. The work includes reviewing scopes, analyzing project costs, and maintaining estimating information. Residential interior renovations, unit turnover processes, and construction materials are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review renovation scopes provided by Project Managers
- Prepare and update project cost estimates
- Identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Analyze materials allocated to active projects




- Maintain project and estimating database records

Requirements:

- Construction Management, Project Management, or related education preferred
- Understanding of residential renovations and unit turnovers
- Familiarity with construction materials and terminology
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Support multifamily renovation delivery through accurate estimating, materials analysis, database updates, and practical cost recommendations.
