Lead digital transformation projects at Canada Life using project management and change management skills within the Technology PMO. This is a permanent, full-time professional role.

The Project Manager delivers complex initiatives across enterprise platforms and emerging technologies. You will engage business partners, vendors, and stakeholders while aligning delivery with PDLC, governance standards, and organizational objectives. The role supports the Workplace Benefits & Retirement portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver complex digital initiatives from end to end
- Develop plans, RAID logs, cut-over plans, and financial summaries
- Manage governance, communications, resources, schedules, and status reporting
- Coordinate security, risk, compliance assessments, and technical risks




- Conduct reviews, document lessons learned, and improve processes

Requirements:

- Minimum three years managing complex digital projects
- Experience with software implementations, integrations, and data migration
- Understanding of PDLC and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accommodate adaptable schedules
