Lead technology project delivery in Toronto with MLSE Digital Labs, using project planning and stakeholder communication to turn ideas into solutions.

Reporting to the Manager of Program Management & Delivery, you will drive creative technology-based projects across a leading sports and entertainment organization. The work includes coordinating operational and technical stakeholders, managing priorities, and creating presentations and documentation for diverse audiences. You will support projects from planning through closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret business partners’ challenges and goals
- Manage project planning, execution, and closure
- Coordinate stakeholders across departments and teams
- Track performance metrics, budgets, and project impact




- Manage external vendors and partner deliverables

Requirements:

- Two or more years in project management or related fields
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
- Experience identifying and mitigating large-scale project risks
- Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
