The Systems Analyst supports the Workday Implementation Project Team within Information Technology. You will configure enterprise applications, translate requirements, investigate issues, and deliver reliable integrations and data solutions. The position supports city departments, vendors, and external integration partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy Workday integrations using APIs and web services
- Prepare, transform, validate, reconcile, and convert legacy data
- Investigate application, integration, security, and data issues
- Develop test plans, scripts, and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate requirements, testing, deployment,



and training activities

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, business, or related field
- Five years of recent related enterprise application experience
- Working knowledge of configuration, administration, security, and application support
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, CSV, XML, and JSON
- Ability to document requirements and translate them into practical solutions
