Design coordination and construction delivery define this onsite chance with Graham’s Buildings Division across hospitals, schools, and residences. Manage designs using Revit and Navisworks.

As a Design Specialist, you will report to the Senior Design Manager and oversee design from RFQ through close-out. The work includes consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement, ESDC activities, risk management, and technical guidance. You will help deliver compliant, cost-effective, and constructible solutions aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design processes from project planning through execution
- Coordinate consultants and stakeholders for quality deliverables
- Manage design schedules, budgets, risks, and resources




- Maintain client relationships and communicate technical information
- Mentor Design team members and promote quality standards

Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related technical field
- Two to three-plus years supporting design-build or construction projects
- Exposure to leadership, stakeholder coordination, and team management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Revit, and Navisworks
- PMP, P.Eng., LEED, ACONEX, or Revizto considered assets
