As Manager, Business Development, you will hire, ramp, and develop BDRs while owning the strategy and playbook that drives productivity. You will report to the Director of Business Development. The role focuses on team performance, rep development, pipeline accountability, and coordination with Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a BDR team consistently hitting pipeline targets
- Run hiring, 90-day ramp, coaching, and accountability
- Write outbound ICP, messaging, sequences, and stack strategy
- Create development plans toward AE or team lead paths
- Coordinate campaigns, ICP evolution, and pipeline handoffs

Requirements:

- Lead BDR or SDR teams for 1 to 3 years
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Documented attainment against team targets
- Data fluency and leading-indicator coaching experience
- Experience building repeatable hiring processes and playbooks
