RioCan is seeking a Tenant Billing Analyst in Toronto to ensure accurate CAM, property tax, and percentage rent calculations. You will audit lease provisions, input calculations into ERP, and support annual budgeting and year-end reconciliations.

The role partners with property management to resolve tenant inquiries, maintain billing methodologies, and perform ad-hoc analyses on reconcilable charges. A robust accounting background and lease interpretation skills are essential.
