Provide person-centered nursing care with Optima Living as a Licensed Practical Nurse, supporting residents through medications, treatments, and care planning.

Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high quality resident services. Your work supports respectful, positive, and protected environments while promoting dignity, self-determination, and personal independence. Care follows organizational policies, industry practices, regulations, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and update resident personal care or service plans
- Provide medications, treatments, procedures, and resident education
- Maintain accurate health records and pertinent documentation




- Evaluate care effectiveness and report significant resident changes
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved school of nursing
- Current Alberta CLHA license to practice
- Active CPR and First Aid certification
- Computer literacy and strong written communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
