As a Principal Chemist in R&D; Process Chemistry, you will execute work plans and contribute improvements based on experimental efficiency. Your work includes interpreting spectra and chromatograms, analyzing samples, and developing recommendations. You will also support project reporting, laboratory procedures, and knowledge development across a globally integrated CDMO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory-scale experiments according to approved work plans
- Document experimental observations accurately and promptly in lab books
- Interpret spectra, chromatograms, and analytical sample results




- Prepare project updates and reports for team leader review
- Identify experimental issues and propose practical solutions

Requirements:

- Experience conducting process chemistry laboratory experiments
- Ability to select and perform analytical methods
- Ability to interpret results and develop recommendations
- Ability to follow and revise R&D; Manuals and SOPs
- Ability to promote secure, clean laboratory operations
