Lead EV ChargeON project delivery at the Ontario Centre of Innovation using portfolio management and funding administration expertise. Travel within Ontario approximately 10%.

The Program Manager oversees assigned projects from application and evaluation through contracting, implementation, reimbursement and reporting. You will manage recipients, government partners and internal teams while monitoring budgets, milestones, compliance and risks. The work supports accurate portfolio oversight and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, documentation and recipient communications
- Coordinate applications, evaluations, agreements, amendments and project activations
- Monitor delivery risks, forecasts, funding commitments and reimbursements
- Review completion evidence, compliance submissions and reporting obligations




- Prepare portfolio updates, briefings, dashboards and recommended actions

Requirements:

- University degree and five to seven years related experience
- Experience administering government-funded programs, infrastructure projects or funding agreements
- Understanding of project lifecycles, financial monitoring, completion and reporting
- Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and database or reporting tool knowledge
