As Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will improve in-store picking, scheduling, and labour efficiency across the fulfillment network. The role connects Digital, Store Operations, Product, Technology, Labour, and Merchandising partners. Your work will translate operational complexity into measurable improvements supporting customer experience, productivity, profitability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead productivity analysis across PC Express and Joe Fresh picking journeys
- Analyze fulfillment KPIs, including productivity, cancellations, and customer satisfaction
- Develop business cases quantifying operational and financial improvement benefits




- Prioritize continuous improvement opportunities by impact, benefit, and complexity
- Partner with teams on processes, training, communications, and performance expectations

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in e-commerce, omnichannel, or retail operations
- Robust understanding of end-to-end in-store e-commerce fulfillment
- Experience using operational data and KPIs for measurable improvements
- Experience with OMS, inventory management, or fulfillment platforms
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SQL, BQ, or Data Studio assets
