EY Canada is seeking an HR Systems and Process Specialist to join the HR Enablement team. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and time-off management across SuccessFactors and related systems while coordinating with stakeholders and IBM Managed Services.

You will participate in system configuration, testing, and documentation, provide level-2 support in ServiceNow, and drive data-driven improvements across EY’s HR tech landscape in Canada.
