As a Woodlands Operations Supervisor, you will plan and supervise road construction, road maintenance, harvesting, and log hauling. You will coordinate wood supply for the Timmins sawmill and external mill customers. The position includes monitoring environmental compliance and product quality across forestry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise contractors across safe, productive forest operations
- Coordinate wood supply for Timmins and external mills
- Prepare cut blocks, layouts, maps, and approvals
- Schedule harvesting and roadwork with contractors
- Track production, costs, audits, and operational reports

Requirements:

- Forestry, Business, or related degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of harvesting operations field experience
- Microsoft Office, ArcView GIS, or similar GIS experience
- GPS technology experience and valid driver’s licence
- Outdoor work capability and strong leadership skills
