As a Catastrophe Claims Advisor, you will adjudicate Residential and Auto claims following fires, hail, tornadoes, and heavy rains. You will investigate damages, negotiate settlements, and provide advice throughout the claims process. Strong organization, customer service, and policy coverage knowledge support timely decisions and trusted guidance.

Responsabilités clés:

- Investigate, negotiate, and settle Residential and Auto catastrophe claims
