The Associate IT Business Analyst supports projects through requirements gathering, issue follow-up, feature evaluation, and testing. You will create UI/UX mockups, triage backlogs, and coordinate with developers and business partners. The work also includes data analysis, user acceptance testing, regression planning, and detailed SDLC documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze requirements for programming and IT issues
- Evaluate releases and generate UI/UX enhancement mockups
- Test requested functionality after development completion

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Six months to two years of integration testing experience
- UI/UX prototyping experience using tools like Adobe Photoshop
- Database concepts, data modeling, and query skills
- Solid analytical, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
