This leadership position supports the Associate Superintendent – Human Resources across claims management, wellness, and health and safety. You will guide processes involving school leaders, managers, healthcare providers, WorkSafe BC representatives, and internal partners. The work advances compliant, coordinated district practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate WorkSafe BC claims through resolution and proceedings
- Manage Stay at Work and Return to Work processes
- Provide proactive claims management advice and decisions
- Liaise with healthcare providers and internal partner groups




- Document and store personal medical information

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Disability Management or similar certification
- Minimum five years of disability management experience
- Working knowledge of Disability Management best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusivity, and Aboriginal partnerships
