As Global Head of Qualified Services, you will shape Implementation, Integrations Consulting, Build Services, and emerging technical and advisory services. You will define scalable offerings for complex B2B SaaS customers, strengthen delivery standards, and connect customer outcomes with business performance. This senior leadership role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global Professional Services vision, strategy, and evolution
- Differentiate High Touch and Strategic implementation motions
- Lead implementation, consulting, and services leaders globally
- Establish quality, governance, readiness,

Requirements:
- Built or transformed Professional Services in high-growth B2B SaaS
- Experience commercializing services and managing delivery economics
- Led technically sophisticated teams and developed senior leaders
- Fluency with integrations, data migration, configuration, or Enterprise workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication, judgment, and operational rigor
