Key Responsibilities:

- Process utility and vendor invoices across multiple legal entities
- Prepare vendor payments and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review coding, cost centres, approvals, and invoice accuracy
- Reconcile statements and investigate outstanding payment issues
- Support month-end reconciliations and accruals as required

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of accounts payable experience
- Full-cycle accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
