As a Senior Design Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and design leadership across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership. You will define hiring needs, source exceptional talent, and manage recruitment from outreach through onboarding. Your work will support diverse pipelines and consistent evaluation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing across recruiting platforms, portfolio sites, and creative communities
- Recruit Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership talent
- Screen portfolios for craft, systems thinking, and collaboration
- Coordinate portfolio reviews,
