As Director, Product Analytics, you will lead the function within Group Benefits and shape its strategy and roadmap. Partner with Product, Distribution, Operations, Data and Technology leaders to understand product performance, customer needs and emerging trends. Develop capabilities spanning dashboards, reporting, self-service analytics, data products and strategic insights. Connect analytical work with product lifecycle decisions and customer and member outcomes.
