Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Delivery Excellence and Governance, this specialist analyzes resource demand, availability, utilization, and skills. The position supports allocation decisions, project estimates, business cases, and portfolio planning. It also develops capability programs addressing identified workforce gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Forecast resource demand, timing, skills, and capacity across portfolios
- Maintain assignments, availability, utilization, skills, and project commitments
- Identify conflicts, constraints, critical-role risks, and skill gaps
- Develop capacity, utilization, and capability reports for Digital leadership




- Analyze historical effort, cost, resource, and delivery data

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information technology, or related field
- Five or more years in resource management, capacity planning, or related areas
- Experience with forecasting, estimation, business cases, or portfolio planning
- Experience using data and analytics for delivery decisions
- Robust analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
