This technical position covers functional, preliminary, and detailed design for municipal and provincial transportation infrastructure. You will work with project managers, disciplines, subconsultants, municipalities, utility owners, and approving agencies.

Responsibilities also include design reviews, technical submissions, approvals, and construction inquiries.Key Responsibilities:

Develop alignments, profiles, intersections, grading, and cross-sectionsDesign active transportation facilities and roadway improvementsCoordinate technical inputs and approval submission responsesIdentify design risks, conflicts,



and constructability considerationsSupport field investigations, site reviews, RFIs, and shop drawingsRequirements:

Five or more years of relevant roadway engineering experienceCivil Engineering bachelor’s degree and Ontario P.Eng. licenseSound roadway geometric design judgment and interface resolution abilityKnowledge of Ontario municipal and provincial standardsClear communication and willingness to mentor developing staffApply transportation engineering expertise and team-oriented coordination to deliver accurate, constructible roadway designs throughout Ontario.
