Lead transportation operations at Transport Laberge by optimizing dispatching and routes across three branches. Frequent travel and field presence are required.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Corporate Director of Transportation Operations leads network performance and multi-site execution. You will establish operating standards, support branch managers, and improve on-time performance, costs, equipment utilization, and damage outcomes. The role requires strong KPI management, route planning, and operational judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead managers across three branches around shared priorities
- Optimize dispatching, routing, loads, and capacity
- Monitor KPIs, costs, utilization, fuel, overtime, and damage
- Coordinate drivers, equipment, and capacity between branches




- Implement safety, compliance, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Significant multi-site road transportation leadership experience
- Experience supervising managers in unionized environments
- Robust KPI management and operational cost analysis
- Proficiency with dispatch systems, telematics, GPS, and dashboards
- French and English proficiency with frequent branch travel availability
