Lead internal audit engagements for Global Treasury, combining audit team leadership, data analytics, and knowledge of asset-liability management.

This Assistant Vice President position supports State Street’s Corporate Audit function across complex Treasury activities. You will lead planning, testing, issue development, and reporting while reviewing evidence quality and coaching audit professionals. The scope includes investment portfolios, governance, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk in the banking book.

Key Responsibilities

Lead assigned audit teams across complex Treasury engagements

Review work for quality and evidentiary support

Test operating effectiveness through sampling and reperformance





Build constructive relationships while maintaining audit independence

Communicate fact-based conclusions and proposed solutions

Requirements

At least five years of relevant audit or Treasury experience

Experience leading significant workstreams and audit engagements

Knowledge of asset-liability management or related disciplines

Ability to manage priorities and elevate obstacles early

Advanced degree or CPA, CIA, or CFA preferred

Use audit leadership, data analytics, and asset-liability management knowledge to strengthen Global Treasury assurance at State Street.
