Shape safer AMA Marketplace and AMA Community experiences as a hybrid Manager using trust frameworks, dispute resolution, and operational analytics.Reporting to the Director, Marketplace Exchange, you will lead standards, processes, and tools supporting provider onboarding, platform integrity, member safety, and compliance. This current position offers responsibility for trust and safety operations as AMA platforms grow. You will work across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Community teams.Key Responsibilities:

Define AMA Marketplace provider eligibility and compliance standardsComplete vetting reviews and monitor active provider complianceManage disputes, incidents, escalations,



and documented outcomesTrack trust and safety metrics through dashboards and reportingConfigure AI-assisted workflows for screening and case managementRequirements:

Post-secondary education in business, operations, compliance, or related fieldExperience managing policy frameworks or compliance programsExperience designing complaint-resolution processesDigital community moderation experience is an assetMarketplace or platform experience is an assetBring policy design, dispute resolution, analytics, and AI-assisted workflow experience to AMA’s growing trust operations.
