Shape safer AMA Marketplace and AMA Community experiences as a hybrid Manager using trust frameworks, dispute resolution, and operational analytics.Reporting to the Director, Marketplace Exchange, you will lead standards, processes, and tools supporting provider onboarding, platform integrity, member safety, and compliance. This recent position offers responsibility for trust and safety operations as AMA platforms grow. You will work across Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Community teams.Key Responsibilities: Define AMA Marketplace provider eligibility and compliance standardsComplete vetting reviews and monitor active provider complianceManage disputes, incidents, escalations,
