Shape railway bids through cost modeling and technical analysis as an Engineering Bid Manager within Alstom’s Integrated Services Readiness team.

This permanent, full time position supports competitive, profitable, customer-focused bids for smarter mobility solutions. You will collaborate with Metier and Tender leaders, gather project data, and develop technical, cost-effective solutions. The work covers Maintenance, Technical Publications, Training, and related ISR deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost ISR deliverables, including spares, tools, and obsolescence
- Evaluate risks and opportunities for each tender
- Establish ISR strategies under TSSSA offers
- Represent ISR before bid teams and report progress
- Integrate maintenance feedback into future bids

Requirements:

- Engineering degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
- Two to three years in a technical role
- Railway systems or application engineering experience preferred
- Life Cycle Cost analysis experience
- Microsoft Office, SAP, and BI/BO proficiency
