This Registered Nurse position focuses on planning, implementing, and documenting patient care needs. The work emphasizes nephrology knowledge, Peritoneal Dialysis, older adult care, and evidence-based practice. Continuous learning and improvement are central to the practice setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care to General Medicine/Nephrology PSU patients
- Plan patient care with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Implement individualized patient care needs
- Document information according to appropriate standards




- Provide feedback supporting workplace improvement activities

Requirements:

- Current Ontario Registration; B.Sc.N. preferred
- Current B.C.L.S. and successful 80% pre-interview quiz
- Nephrology 1 completion or demonstrated nephrology experience
- Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis and Person Centred Care
- Acute, Internal Medicine, communication, and prioritization experience preferred
