Lead agentic AI architecture and production delivery at Robots & Pencils, using Python, AWS, and LLM engineering expertise across global teams.

As a Staff AI Builder, you will own AI and machine learning systems end-to-end while guiding architectural decisions. You will design agentic workflows, develop and optimize models, solve integration challenges, and establish engineering standards. Your work will support reliable, secure, and scalable systems for enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design agentic workflows, reasoning loops, and tool-calling architectures
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings, OpenSearch, and re-ranking
- Integrate AWS Bedrock, Agent Core, and MCP-based tools
- Develop evaluation, observability, prompts, and failure-handling systems




- Lead architecture decisions, mentoring, debugging, and production releases

Requirements:

- 6+ years of skilled software engineering experience
- Production experience shipping GenAI or LLM-powered systems
- Hands-on agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration expertise
- Practical RAG, evaluation, observability, and prompt engineering experience
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SQS
