Provide resident-centered nursing care at Bethany Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, using assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills. This permanent full time position works evening shifts.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will support residents, families, volunteers, and team members within your scope of practice. Your work includes nursing assessments, resident care plans, electronic documentation, safety practices, and collaboration with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams. You will also promote dignity, choice, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and prioritize resident care
- Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and reports accurately
- Identify and report unsafe workplace conditions promptly




- Participate in care conferences, meetings, and education
- Supervise Health Care Aides and assume charge duties

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Active CLHA registration in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Effective English communication, reading, and writing skills
- Strong observation, communication, and critical thinking skills
