Shape residential designs at Sterling Homes through accurate floor plans, elevations, and working drawings. This Edmonton-based position supports new home construction from an office.

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will prepare or coordinate conceptual designs and drawings for new standard designs. You will organize change requests, maintain plan resources, monitor progress, and help Designers through new model reviews. Solid communication, leadership, organization, and attention to detail are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare drawings for addenda, plot plans, and elevations
- Coordinate working drawings with external consultants
- Organize job files and communicate requested changes
- Monitor work progress and adjust schedules




- Prepare checklists for new model reviews

Requirements:

- Six years of relevant architectural experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and effective at prioritizing
- Strong leadership skills and company role-model conduct
