Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI engineering through design, testing, and production deployment
- Build LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions on Azure
- Develop chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and grounding pipelines
- Lead reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production readiness




- Mentor engineers and coordinate with architecture, product, data, cloud, security teams

Requirements:

- 8+ years of software engineering or application development experience
- 3+ years of Azure or cloud-native development experience
- Hands-on GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI delivery
- Experience leading teams from PoC to enterprise production
- Python, REST APIs, prompt engineering, and embeddings experience
