Job Summary:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Department Manager, the incumbent's mission is to implement and strengthen the quality performance management system for the A220 program. They must ensure consistency between company objectives, launched projects, and tracking indicators, acting as a strategic liaison between all internal departments (Quality, VSM, Engineering, etc.).
Your Challenges:
- Support performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of Quality objectives and identifying key drivers;
- Articulate SMART objectives, develop a clear scope and timeline, and define the execution cadence;
- Generate insights from performance dashboards and root cause analysis;
- Define, prepare, and improve governance presentations;
- Develop detailed action plans outlining objectives, timelines, milestones, and expected impact;
- Work alongside functional managers and experts to implement plans;
- Identify risks to implementation and sustainability of results, and establish mitigation strategies;
- Analyze workload/capacity and make recommendations to support cost improvement actions and analyze budget opportunities;
- Lead projects contributing to the strengthening of the Quality performance management system.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required;
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, or a similar role;
- Special requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective management-level communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate with executives to gain alignment and buy-in;
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative;
- French-English bilingualism, with advanced oral and written proficiency, due to communication with all departments and executive teams.
