Reporting to the Quality Assurance Department Manager, this professional role supports the A220 program’s quality performance management system. You will align company objectives, projects, and tracking indicators across Quality, VSM, Engineering, and other departments. The work combines performance analysis, governance preparation, action planning, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidate cascaded Quality objectives and identify key performance drivers
- Articulate SMART objectives, timelines, scope, and execution cadence
- Generate insights from dashboards and root cause analysis




- Prepare governance presentations and detailed action plans
- Lead projects strengthening the Quality performance management system

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience
- Five to ten years in performance management or similar fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management-level communication skills
- Advanced written and oral French-English bilingual proficiency
