Semex/Boviteq seeks a D365 Business Process Specialist Lead reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. You will analyze, document, and improve enterprise processes while translating requirements into sustainable solutions. The role spans governance, testing, change management, and operational readiness across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Document current-state and future-state end-to-end business processes
- Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization readiness
- Manage functional backlogs, governance, priorities, and decision rights




- Build process-owner, super-user, and local-champion capabilities

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Significant ERP process experience in complex organizations
- Experience with D365 F&SCM;, Dynamics AX, or comparable ERP
- ERP implementation, rollout, optimization, or transformation experience
