Shape AI-enabled products at Eaze, part of Vireo, using SQL, prototyping, and experimentation to improve cannabis retail technology remotely from Canada.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own significant problems across the consumer app, internal tools, retail, and delivery. You will guide discovery, launch, and measured results while working with engineering, design, data, operations, and marketing. AI tools support research, analysis, prototyping, and automation throughout your work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set product strategy across consumer, retail, delivery, and internal tools
- Build customer prototypes with Claude Code or similar tools
- Write business cases and secure leadership support
- Use SQL, experiments,



and research to guide improvements
- Define launch readiness and monitor post-launch performance

Requirements:

- Five or more years of product management experience
- Experience across at least two product types
- Proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar
- Fluency in SQL, dashboards, analytics, and A/B testing
- Comfort reading code and discussing technical trade-offs
