As a Staff Software Engineer, you will evolve Sony Interactive Entertainment’s Agile Experience Management platform. You will work across composition layers, public APIs, schemas, renderers, and runtime capabilities. The work supports personalization, experimentation, telemetry, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define technical direction for the experiences client SDK
- Design composition layers, APIs, schemas, adapters, and renderer contracts
- Build reusable primitives supporting personalization and experimentation
- Establish migration, compatibility, validation, rollback,



and observability patterns
- Mentor engineers and communicate architectural decisions across teams

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years of professional software engineering experience
- Expert TypeScript or JavaScript and component-framework proficiency
- Strong architecture, API design, versioning, and migration skills
- Experience delivering production client platforms, SDKs, or shared libraries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
