As a Software Engineer on the Data Abstractions & Tools team, you will connect enterprise tools and data sources with North agents. You will build production integrations, maintain existing tools, and improve the repeatable process for delivering them. The work combines API integration, prompt engineering, tool-description tuning, and regression evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain integrations on the North agentic platform
- Own integration design, shipping, and ongoing maintenance
- Help engineers add integrations and improve team practices




- Create evals and tests that identify integration regressions
- Tune tool descriptions using feedback and evaluation results

Requirements:

- Production coding experience with external API integrations
- Agentic systems evaluation or knowledge of evaluation methods
