Lead dental practice operations with strong planning and compliance expertise at Dentalcorp, supporting productivity, patient growth, and safety. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
As Practice Manager, you will execute operational plans, review business indicators, and coach teams toward practice objectives. You will partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources while overseeing staffing, payroll, and accounts receivable. The position also supports recruitment and provincial health regulation compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build plans improving daily productivity and organic patient growth
- Review clinic indicators and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee compliance programs and prioritize patient safety
- Lead, coach,
and motivate practice teams
- Manage staffing costs, payroll, and accounts receivable
Requirements:
- University or college diploma in business or office administration
- Three to five years as Dental Practice Lead or Manager
- Supervisory experience in scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
- Solid business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
- Dental software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
