The Learning and Development Specialist designs, coordinates, implements, and improves learning and employee experience programs. The role supports onboarding, career development, succession planning, mentorship, engagement, leadership development, and performance management. It partners with managers and business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines and employee retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate new hire onboarding and corporate orientation programs
- Conduct skills gap analyses and recommend learning solutions
- Support career, mentorship, leadership, and succession programs
- Coordinate performance reviews, training, tracking,



and reporting
- Evaluate initiatives and recommend continuous improvements

Requirements:

- Three to five years in learning, training, talent management, or related HR
- Experience designing and evaluating organizational learning programs
- Solid training needs assessment and skills gap analysis abilities
- Proficiency with LMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, and learning technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
