CN is seeking a Manager Labour Relations in Edmonton to lead arbitration, mediation and related proceedings, supporting case development and the interpretation of collective agreements. The role contributes to CN's labour relations strategy and ensures compliance with labour laws.

The incumbent partners with HR, leadership and L&D; to align LR with business goals, and participates in change management. Hybrid work and travel (~15%) are available to support CN's operations in Canada.
